For new seat offers, families will have until 6:00 PM on the third calendar day from the notification day to accept the seat. If not accepted within that window, the seat offer will be auto-declined.
Example: If offered a seat on June 1, the family would have until 6:00 PM on June 4 to accept the seat.
Beginning August 1, families will have 48 hours to accept a seat offer.
